"This really is a great edc co,muted backpack. I say that after frequent use for 2 years. I’ve also travelled personally and all the pockets make sense. I love the hidden pocket and full zip panel for going through tsa. I hope you bring back this bag but without the usb (or with USBC for more modern charging)"
"I love the premium construction as a whole. It is very sturdy, yet light. Even when packed to capacity, the backpack feels like there is still more room inside to add more items. The organization panel in the inside the compartment is great! The RFID pocket in the back of the bag AND the inner pocket in the main compartment are genius. I really like how smooth and quiet zippers are. It is great for when you are quiet areas like libraries or waiting rooms and you don't have to hear that loud zipper noise! The TSA panel is a dream. I adore this feature. It makes going through airport security much easier. The cushioning through out the backpack is wonderful. When I set it down or "drop" it down onto the floor or a hard surface, I feel confident that the contents in my bag (especially my electronics) are protected and shielded from impact. I do wish that this bag came in more vibrant colors! I would love to see this in red, blue, yellow, orange and purple! It seems that EVERY backpack is black (or some derivative). In summary: Durability: Nailed it. Organization: Nailed it. Aesthetics: Nailed it. Design: Nailed it. Quality: Nailed it. Colors: More colors please! I am extremely happy with my purchase AND the customer service I received! Thank you!"
"Very comfortable, sturdy construction. Liked the vinyl bottom, water bottle holders and the strap for luggage handle. Fit pretty well under the airplane seats. Needs hook on the outside to hang a neck pillow or jacket."

"The cable on my charging port doesn’t work and due to its uniqueness I am not able to find a replacement. A lost feature of the bag. Otherwise I like everything about the it! I’m 5’1 and it’s not big and bulky like a lot of other backpacks. Despite the charger it’s a great purchase!"
"This backpack is so spacious! It makes traveling abroad with work equipment personal items etc. so lovely! It’s really really great to have such reliable luggage and I always get that with Solo New York! Spent 2 weeks in Europe country hopping and this back pack and their RE: line went with me. My kids and I traveled for a week stateside and they had their solo new York luggage and back packs also. My favorite part is the strap that will connect the backpack to the luggage handle. How spacious the luggage is and the look of it all! It’s also recycled material which is great and a huge reason I bought the product line that I did. Solo New York is my go to for all luggage and travel gear! It’s durable, washable and reliable!"
