Solo offers Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders*.

The cost of standard shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders.

*Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states only. Standard shipping rates apply for Hawaii and Alaska.

Solo web does not ship internationally.

Shipping Options

Solo uses FedEx for the shipment of all online orders. We offer the following shipping services:

•    FedEx Standard (delivers within 3-5 business days)
•    FedEx 2Day
•    FedEx Standard Overnight

APO/FPO orders need to be placed through our customer service department at 800-333-6292, Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm EST, or e-mail us  P.O. Box orders are currently not accepted.

Order Status/Confirmation

Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent. 

Order Processing

All orders ship from our Southern California warehouse; please allow 2 business days for your order to ship. Orders placed on a weekend or major U.S. holiday will ship within 2 business days beginning the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Contained in your confirmation email, will be your order number. You will be able to track your order with this number.

Due to our automated ordering and shipping processes, online transactions cannot be cancelled.

Solo offers Free Returns on U.S. orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, you may return any unused merchandise with the original hangtags attached, for a prompt refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. 

*If you are returning more than one item from your order, please process each return request individually.


Your credit card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes when we have received and processed your returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once received. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customer’s records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
