Warranty

Guaranteed To Be Unstoppable!

We’ve always got your back. We guarantee every bag to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for five years from the date of purchase, and every tablet case for one year from the date of purchase. This does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.  Any damage to the contents of a bag is not covered. Should you require service to your Solo product, please see the Solo Warranty Claim link below to file a claim for your item. If you have a question regarding the warranty on our bag contact us via our contact form.

All replacements that are shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico qualify for free shipping. Bags purchased outside of the United States will require a proof of purchase showing that the bag was purchased in that country in order to qualify for free shipping.

The determination of whether or not the case qualifies under our warranty will be decided by a qualified Solo technician. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The shipping company is solely responsible for any damage to your case incurred while it is in its custody. Solo, at its discretion, will replace it with the same or similar model, without charge. This product is only warranted for its intended use. There are no other warranties, express or implied, beyond those expressly contained herein. If the bag is replaced it assumes the warranty time frame that remains from the original purchased item. Any implied warranty shall not last beyond the period of this warranty; some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty specifically excludes any claim for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect of the product, or as a result of unauthorized repairs. Liability for breach of warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser-owner (or, in the case of a gift by the original purchaser-owner, to the recipient of the gift).
