Customer Service Sucks and my bag came locked with no way to unlock it
"Hi! I just purchased/received a Solo Herald Catalog Case combination-lock laptop bag (from Staples through the mail), but it came locked and there is no information on how to get it unlocked. Staples did not know how to get it unlocked either. I just called the 800-333-6292 help number for Solo, and waited for customer service until the automated message automatically shoved me into a voicemail box. I would really appreciate it if someone could actually provide some help. Thanks."
