"The bag is perfect. It has all the features a traveler needs, except for one, the strap to slide it into the roller board handle. However, this is easily resolved. Buy for a few dollars a bungee cord with carabiners, hook it on both sides, and problem solved"
"Work for a local government agency and was looking for cases that would meet our needs for a disaster recovery. This is the only bag that I have found that would do this. Room for our laptop, extra mobile monitor, cell phone, power bricks, pens/pencils, etc. It has two velcro patch strips on the front so that we can ID our Department and the user or other info. We can use this as a breifcase, over the sholder strap case, or backpack (all included). What keeps this from 5 stars are the connectors for the strap and backpack. The connectors and clips are plastic. Had the clips and connectors been metal like the clip on the front of the bag, then this product would easily be over the 5 stars."

"I’ve got everything packed up and ready to go. I can’t wait to use next week when I head back to commuting. The style, looks and design are great. The materials and quality, well only time will tell. Everything I carried before fit with room to spare. My only design request is to have a zippered pocket on the inside for change. While there is one on the outside it’s kind of inconvenient having the zipper on the side when in briefcase mode. Other wise great job Solo."

"Received by my employer as a corporate holiday gift in late 2022. I loved this bag as its lightweight and has many compartments. Sadly, the plastic clip connecting the shoulder strap to the D ring on the side of the bag broke rendering it useless. If only it was made with metal components because otherwise its a great bag."
"Overall a very good bag. However, a missing feature is a way to slide the bag over the handles of a rolling suitcase handle. There is a small strip of material at the bottom of the back of the bag that has the logo on it. I am not sure what that feature is for. However, if the opening were wider and it was moved to the middle or top of the back of the bag it would allow the option of sliding over the suitcase handle to secure the bag to the suitcase. That would add a nice additional function where the backpack straps can be stored but allow the bag to be secured but accessible - think of air travel as an example."
"It’s an excellent robust bag for any casual event. Material feels high quality, and plenty of room for laptops, books, etc. Was worried if I would actually use the backpack straps, but even when they’re not in use it’s nice to have some extra padding for the laptop. One change I would make would be to use a higher quality shoulder strap, as the sleeve can sometimes be a bit stiff. It’s definitely useable, but consider swapping out the strap."
