"This is the perfect bag to take on a trip. I've taken it through airports and on trains. It's really comfortable to wear, the material feels nice, I like that there are multiple pockets in front. My only complaint is I wish the side pockets were a little bigger."
"So far I'm really enjoying my refresh backpack. The zippers are good quality and the medium sized pocket has some handy organizational features. I wish the largest compartment had an interior zipper pocket. I have put a packing cube in the largest compartment to try to store some more things in an organized way and that's my work-around. I had seen one review with concerns about the water bottle pouches on the sides being too narrow. They work fine for my 32 oz water bottle and my insolated travel cup."

"I really like this backpack. It's perfect for my laptop and a couple small school books, among other things. I like the amount of pockets that it has, and the laptop sleeve is really handy. My one issue with the bag is that the bottle holders on the sides are reallyyyy skinny. I had to buy a super slim water bottle to be able to make use of them."
