"I bought one 4 years ago, the quality since then has changed from really good to adequate. The cover is not as thick, the corner brackets are rough, and the felt liner is much thinner and came with spots where the brackets have worn thin spots."

"Had two earlier cases....ultimately, major failures. One was a "pop in" style that turned into a "fall out". Second secured with elastic: covered the on/off control (pain in the .....!), which eventually all stretched out and I had to staple down the excess! My husband has this one and I liked it....best design yet! Now I have mine...all great at every level! Thank you."

"My 8.5" tablet is well secured in the case. It is bulkier than I like so I don't use except when going out of the house. I am looking for another case"
Good Protection but Bulky
"The case is solid and my Huawei Mediapad fits securely in it. It is much thicker than I expected. which means I need a bigger bag to carry it along with my other stuff when on the move. When using the case to view the screen at an angle, the strap will curl over the top of the screen screen, which is kind of irritating. On balance, it is okay but could use some improved design."

- I posted yesterday asking about the Prop 65 label on the case packaging and got a response saying "...We have included a Warning label on all of our Solo cases to comply with California’s Proposition 65 Law. Proposition 65 requires that a “clear and reasonable” warning label be placed on all products known to contain certain amounts of particular chemicals. For more information on Proposition 65, including the list of chemicals, please visit oehha.ca.gov/prop65.html. Rest assured, all of Solo products comply with all state and federal product safety standards." - However, I understand the idea behind Prop 65. What I'd like to know is, will you please tell me which specific chemicals this label refers to so I can decide whether it's important to me - eg I know sometimes it's for BPA or other things that I'm going to worry about a lot less than lead. Which chemicals are in this Velocity tablet case that make this label necessary? I've never had a company not answer specifically.Tx!
- We dont use chemicals when making our products, however because the product is manufactured overseas, where many of these chemicals are present, we are required to include this label. Our product is not harmful unless ingested.

- I have an older Galaxy Tab A with the camera in the middle (at the top) instead of in the corner. Where is the camera opening on this cover? None of the photos show the opening, which would be a very helpful view to have.
- This is a universal device, there is no camera hole. the device can be removed to take photos.
