"I bought mine in 2016 or maybe 2017. Someone tried to make fun of me in January that "I bought a new bag just for university". . . this thing has been with me all over the country, through 2 degrees, and now into a job. The zippers are suuuuper high quality, the zip pulls are heavy and they don't scratch. It also fits like a glove with every airline personal item guideline I can find in Canada, and that's while holding 4 books and a laptop."
"My dad bought this for me when I started university around 10 years ago... Still have it today using it every day. Only thing that's broken was the plastic clips on the shoulder strap, but it was simple enough to replace the strap. Bag is still totally in tact with no noticeable wear or tear. Tons of storage, (barely) fits an 18" laptop. Great value compared to basically everything else"
