"I love this case for work. I get a lot of complements on it. Two major issues: 1) the front legs are 1/4" too short and it tips over easily. We 3D printed two squares and super glued them on the tips of the legs. It sits perfectly now. 2) there is no strip to place over the handle of a larger suitcase while traveling. I still plan to fix that myself. I would probably be angry and put one star if I wasn't able to solve these two issues myself."

"I had one of these bags that eventually wore out, but I liked it so much I ordered a new one. However, the new bag is no longer the same as the old bag and the pictures on the website do not match the actual bag I received. The internal zippered compartment is no longer there and the main laptop compartment has two sections instead of three even though the pictures on the website show both of these things. I will be returning this bag."
