Through our Creators Series, Solo New York looks past the concrete and bright lights of the city to find the artist who bare their souls through their craft

For Dave, Skateboarding has been his life for the past 28 years. Through the years, he has gone through hundreds of boards and was tired of seeing that colorful maple sit in a dusty stack in his garage. Starting out as a hobby making frames out of his friends’ broken boards has blossomed into his business, Shapethree.

We are excited to collaborate with professional skateboarder, Dave Bachinsky, and his charity project ShapeThree, which re-purposes skateboard decks. Bachinsky created one-of-a-kind ShapeThree handles for two of our Downtown Travel bags.
