- First off, dont get me wrong. I absolutely LOVE this bag/briefcase. The best bag i’ve ever had by FAR. But I need to know, how do I get it repaired using my warranty? Because it’s only been a couple months and the velcro patch inside to hold the tablet is almost completely ripped off and I cant find the tag inside that the website tells me to look for.
