"I picked this up as a gift from my employer. I wasn’t in the market for this type of travel backpack but it has been absolutely amazing! Numerous compartments and pockets, clamshell opening to the main compartment, a laptop/tablet compartment, side and top carry handles plus use it as a backpack. There are so many variations of utility that this has become my main travel bag for 1-3 day adventures. Perfect for carry on. Perfect for biking. Perfect for the bus. I honestly don’t know there is anything to suggest for improving this because I have had no issues or complaints."

"Wow what a great product. I have never been a fan of backpacks but thought I would take a shot at this for short airline trips (with a carry-on suitcase). Such a superb design, easy to separate items, stylish, lightweight and holds so much more than you can imagine. Easy to connect with the handle on the carry-on for navigating through the airport. Ok But Room For Improvement

"Just took this backpack to Ireland. The strap to link it with your carry on handle is TOO LOW. Pulls the bag forward and makes it topple over. Also, water bottle nets on the side are too short. They don’t hold a water bottle well."

Can you lock the zippers?: yes, an external lock can be placed through the main zipper pull
What is the capacity of this backpack in liters?: approximately 19litres
I don't see anything by the side mesh pockets that might help secure a taller object in place such as a taller than average water bottle. Will there be any future version(s) of this backpack that might come with that feature?: at this time, this bag will not have this feature, however please keep an eye out for a larger bag that will have a larger, deeper pocket
